Fitness Kickboxing
Our Fitness Kickboxing class is the foundation and prerequisite for all of our Muay Thai classes.
This is a 45 minute to one hour, high intensity, no contact work out. You will be throwing kicks, punches, knees and elbows on a heavy bag, in addition to calisthenics and core work.
Students train side-by-side with fighters preparing for upcoming fights in a high energy environment that is fun and challenging for all ages & fitness levels.
Muay Thai Fundamentals
Our Muay Thai Fundamentals program students will be introduced to light contact & learn the value of teamwork while developing agility, timing, & coordination.
There is partner-based pad work, and structured drills teaching practical self-defense and fighting skills.
This is also where students will first be introduced to the clinch.
Advanced Muay Thai
In this class, we take your training to next level by starting to incorporate more advanced striking and clinch techniques, set-ups, defensive counters, and strategies.
Students in this class are expected to be at a certain fundamental level already, therefore participation in this class is by invite only from Coach Jack or Coach Steve.
